Bolton Valley resort in northern Vermont boasts a popular bike park. The resort has announced that it will open for bikes on Saturday, June 8th, 2024.

One of Vermont's most popular lift-served bike parks, Bolton Valley is located just a half hour from Burlington, the state's biggest city.

Bolton Valley has a long history of mountain biking. The resort opened the bike park in the early 2000s, but new ownership nixed the bike park a couple of years later.

Thankfully, faithful locals preserved the trails and continued to ride them. Their efforts did not go to waste. As mountain biking grew in popularity, ownership began to see the bike park as viable and decided to give the bike park another shot.

After rebuilding the park and adding some new trails Bolton finally began spinning its lifts for mountain bikers again in 2021.
