Unfortunately, we often see NBA players getting heckled and trolled by fans on and off the court. The stars of the game often find themselves in unpleasant situations and have to keep their calm, but that's just what comes with fame.

Even in retirement, certain names aren't safe, as Charles Barkley was one of the latest victims. In a TikTok video posed by the user @goatpdcsts , a fan in a Luka Doncic Mavs jersey is seen yapping at the Chuckster, trying to provoke him, and being highly disrespectful.

"The guy with no championship rings. He sucked at basketball. Zero rings, haha. He has zero rings. You're Jordan's son. Imagine not winning an NBA championship," the heckler yelled at Charles as he walked by.

    Barkley kept his cool

Despite the troll going way over the line and giving it his best to get a reaction out of Chuck, the famed TNT analyst simply responded with a threat that quickly made the heckler back off.

"He would've felt bad If I would've punched him in the face," Charles responded as he walked by.

The guy stirring it all up is just one of the many young content creators who are trying to get some clicks and earn some Internet fame by provoking famous people. In some instances, that can be pretty funny, but this dude went way over the line and obviously had ill intentions.

Thankfully, Charles was a class act, as he paid little attention to the troll and established his dominance by letting him know he could easily hurt him. At this point in his life, with all the success behind him, Barkley would have everything to lose compared to the heckler, who could have profited vastly if Chuckster had put a single finger on him.

A young Barkley would have reacted way different

You could say that the troll is pretty lucky he didn't try to pull something like this off when Charles was still in his playing days. Now, at 61 years old, Chuck is a mature and more calm person. However, in his younger days, the temper would often get the worst out of the Suns' legend.

'Sir Charles' had numerous heated altercations with fans inside and outside arenas, but his most notorious incident was throwing a guy out of a window in a bar fight .

"What (police and witnesses) said happened, happened," Barkley said . "What he did was inappropriate. I'm going to defend myself. Let there be no debate. If you bother me, I'm going to whip your a*s. The guy threw ice in my face, and I slammed his a*s into the window. I'm not denying that. I defended myself. He got what he deserved."

The Mavs fan only thank God that Barkley was in no mood to respond in a different manner, but judging by his character and type of content, he probably doesn't care much as long as he gets some clicks and engagement.
