Prince William Just Used Wife Kate Middleton's Trademark Parenting Move During Latest Outing

They say sharing is caring and it seems that Prince William and Kate Middleton abide by that rule.

The Prince of Wales took a page out his wife’s book during a recent outing and made use of her go-to parenting move when meeting with children who were in attendance at a training session for England’s Men’s football team at St George's Park, in Burton-Upon-Trent. What’s the move? It’s simple: Meeting the children at their eye level.

In photos captured from the June 10 outing, Prince William is slightly bent over with his hands on his legs to meet a young girl at eye level as they interact. He used the same stooping down maneuver when shaking the hand of a young lad.

This method of getting down to eye level helps kids feel more at ease and fosters open and equal communication. It dials down the control vibes and creates a space where they can chat freely and comfortably. It’s a method that’s become a trademark move for the Princess of Wales and she's not the only royal who’s been seen putting the old trick to use.

The duo’s paternal and maternal instincts took over as they chatted with children at a basketball exhibition training match at Ilupeju Grammar School in Lagos.

The go-to method seems to be a favorite of the British royal family .
