TennoCon 2024 Brings Warframe Community Together With Events and Exclusive Content

Digital Express has announced that TennoCon will return this year for fans of Warframe to celebrate in 2024, with many announcements to look forward to!

With TennoCon 2024 being held on July 19 – 20, the Warframe community comes together to celebrate the 11-year-old game with many activities and announcements to look forward to, whether you are there in person or watching online. Some of the events players can look forward to are the in-game TennoCon 2024 relay for those who are watching from home, giveaways, a community night being held for the TennoVIP audience, a cosplay contest, a community showcase, meeting voice casts from Warframe: 1999 , and attending workshops!

One of the biggest events at TennoCon 2024 is the in-game TennoCon Relay for those who can’t make it to the in-person event in London, Ontario. On June 20th, Warframe players will be able to access the Relay from the in-game Star Chart, as it will be themed around the 1999 update, and players will be able to celebrate together while learning about the big reveals coming to the game.

Not only can you watch it from the Relay in Warframe , but players can also watch the Tennocon 2024 live stream event on Twitch or Steam while being rewarded perks for their time. By linking your Twitch and Warframe account or simply watching it from Steam, there will be a rare drop throughout the event as players can earn a Sarvyn Prime that was a previous Prime Vault, which is unobtainable, or the Arthur AX-52 Weapon. For those who want only one of the obtainable loot or are wondering when they will be available while watching the live stream for 30 minutes, here is a timesheet for when the perks will be available to claim:

• AX-52 Rifle – June 20th, 11:00 AM EST – 4:30 PM EST.
• Sarvyn Prime – June 20th, 4:30 PM EST – 6:00 PM EST

Sticking to topics about receiving perks, TennoCon 2024 will be hosting a giveaway that players can participate in as of now and some at a later date. The current giveaway is a Warframe x Champion hat, an MSI Claw hosted by Intel, and a Razer Kishi Ultra Controller hosted by Razer. Details regarding the HyperX, HP Omen, and a mystery giveaway will be revealed during the upcoming weeks leading to TennoCon 2024. If you are a skilled digital photographer in the game, players can participate in the 1999-themed screenshot contest to win Protea Prime and Platinum currency. For those attending the TennoCon 2024 in person, there will be events leading up to the main event that will start at 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The events players can expect are a Soulframe Devstream, The Art of Warframe , Sound of the System, and a Cosplay contest. But alongside the events, there will be a Warframe workshop for fans to spend closer time with a variety of teams in the Vent Kids Clubhouse, and some of the workshops included are:

• Animation Workshop (Hosted by Charlotte Atkin) – 1:00 PM EST
• Narrative Workshop (Hosted by Adrian Bott) – 2:00 PM EST
• TennoGen Workshop (Hosted by Corey Van Den Hoogenband) – 3:00 PM EST

Along with participating in events and workshops, TennoCon attendees will get the chance to meet members of the Warframe Voice cast during their time autographing on the show floor. The cast included during the celebration of Warframe: 1999 is Nick Apostolides ( Resident Evil 4 ), Ben Starr ( Final Fantasy XVI ) and Alpha Takashi ( Cyberpunk 2077 ) as Arthur and Aoi in the upcoming update, Gianni Matragrano ( Ultrakill ) as Shadows’ The Stalker, and Kevin Lim ( Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora ) from The Duviri Paradox .

For those who are a huge fan of Warframe and would like to celebrate a bit earlier, there will be a TennoVIP Community Night at TennoCon on June 19th, 2024, from 6 PM EST to 10 PM EST. Attendees of the TennoVIP can get a TennoCon badge, exclusive merchandise, and 1999 themes, as well as exclusive activities to participate in as they socialize with their comrades and developers.

Lastly, TennoCon 2024 will have two charity partnerships. The first partnership is SickKids, the largest center dedicated to helping children of Canada with their health by providing programs such as Precision Child Health (PCH) using technology and AI in Machine for Kids (AIM) that uses the power of AI to deliver pediatric health care. The second partnership is AbleGamers, an American nonprofit dedicated to improving video game accessibility with custom hardware, creating opportunities to enable play, inclusive communities, and improving the quality of life for gamers with disabilities.
