    The National Weather Service in State College, PA, has announced a Severe Thunderstorm Warning effective until 9:00 PM EDT for the following areas in north central Pennsylvania: Northwestern McKean County and Eastern Warren County. Severe thunderstorms were detected at 7:56 PM EDT, moving northeast at 20 mph, with a trajectory from near Youngsville through Chapman State Park to the vicinity of Kinzua Dam and Bradford.
