Morrison County District Court misdemeanor sentences

The following people charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor in Morrison County District Court have recently been sentenced:

Gross misdemeanors:

• Christina Marie Kavanaugh, 47, Pillager (offense: 1/22/24) — Second-degree DWI, fined $685 and sentenced to three days in jail and supervsied probation for four years.

• Daniel Wayne Maclean, 39, Onamia (offense: 2/11/23) — Intoducing contraband into jail, fined $185 and sentenced to 56 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Richard Joseph Trutwin, 73, Little Falls (offense: 12/13/23) — DWI, fined $510 and sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for four years.

Misdemeanors:

• Jeremy Kelvin Leavins, 45, Little Falls (offense: 6/7/23) — DWI, fined $410 and sentenced to 54 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• BJ Loran Wolbeck, 36, Swanville (offense: 3/17/24) — Disorderly conduct, fined $185 and sentenced to four days in jail and probation to the court for one year.

• Christine Gammon-Kruschek, 62, Little Falls (offense: 11/9/23) — Third-degree DWI, fined $560 and sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Luke Richard Hegna, 36, Little Falls (offense: 1/5/24) — Violating No Contact Order, fined $185 and sentenced to 14 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.

• Robert Emory Theis, 50, Hillman (offense: 4/12/24) — DWI, fined $385 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.
