Since the initial announcement of Rory McIlroy's divorce from Erica Stoll , much has been made about his relationship with presenter and interviewer Amanda Balionis .

The two are seemingly quite close , as their interviews are normally quite comfortable, and as a result, some people are convinced that there is a romantic relationship between the two .

However, McIlroy has put these rumors to bed by publicly announcing that he and Erica Stoll would be continuing their marriage, as they attempt to work things out.

Despite this statement being put out, some people out there still believe that there may be something going on between McIlroy and Balionis.

An old interview clip has resurfaced, that shows a relatively awkward moment between the two. It appears to show Balionis touch McIlroy's back, which results in the golfer moving very suddenly to stop her doing so.
