Kourtney Kardashian 's step-daughter Alabama Barker is under fire for sharing a video of herself throwing money into the ocean, leaving fans disgusted.
The internet personality shared the video to her Instagram stories, and a fan shared a screengrab from the video on the Reddit r/KUWTKsnark subreddit, and other fans did not hold back and are shaming her for being wasteful, especially in the current state of the economy.
"Bama Barker throwing money into the water," the post read.
"This is disgusting. Here I am trying to provide for my family while drowning in student loans and there’s people without doing s--- just throwing away money," one fan commented.

Another wrote a comment alluding to Alabama's now-aunt Kim Kardashian, "Can she not ask her lawyer aunt about federal laws regarding coins and currency?" "It's probably some gangster thing she's trying to flex on regardless it's stupid and ignorant," one critic shared.
“'Look at me, I can just throw money away' like, well done Alabama," another shared. "The money you threw into the ocean could have probably covered somebody’s groceries or even weekly rent, but nahh, it’s just chump change to her."

Fans also mentioned the time Alabama recently shared a post on Instagram in May asking for help for a loved one who was dealing with cancer. She shared that her friend Julie, who she called her "dear aunt, had been recently diagnosed with brain cancer.
The 18-year-old daughter, whose parents are Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler, shared a link to a GoFundMe campaign asking for donations to cover treatment costs ."It could be an honor if you could donate even $1." she wrote.
"Ah yes, but we were expected/asked to donate to the go fund me she posted for that lady that had cancer or whatever. Arkansas is as tone-deaf as she is dumb," one Reddit user commented.
Another replied: "I was thinking this. The f--- kind of idiots does she take us for? Anyone who donated to her is as dumb, tone deaf and stupid as they come." One person chimed in: "And worst part was that some people in this sub was defending her go fund me page."
"Shouldn’t this be going to her Aunt’s cancer go fund me?" another shared.

The subreddit has become a hub for people to share their comments about the Kardashian family and anyone who is related to them. Alabama has appeared on The Kardashians a few times in recent seasons. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got married in May 2022 and welcomed their first child together in November 2023.
