    Country star, Jelly Roll strikes again with his latest release 'I Am Not Okay,' a powerful anthem full of raw and real emotion. The song was debuted when he performed at the Season 25 finale of ' The Voice.' His heartfelt lyrics and soulful voice resonate deeply with fans, continuing to uplift and inspire millions through the healing power of music.

    On June 12, Jelly Roll released this newest single, 'I am Not Okay,' across all platforms. Quickly after the release, Jelly Roll posted on his social medias announcing that it was now out to listen. Since then more fans have shared the impact that this song and his music has made on their life.

    'I Am Not Okay,' is the first release from Jelly Roll's upcoming album which is anticipated to release this next year. Since the release of his single, 'Son of a Sinner," in 2021, Jelly has become one of the most popular artists in country music. Fans anxiously anticipated the release of this new album.

    In an interview with A Taste of Country, talking about writing the new album, he said, "I’m at gas stations and red carpets and I’m hearing life stories from people, really inspiring stories. I’ve never wrote more." Jelly Roll's music often reflects the hardest times in his life, and sheds light on struggles that listeners can relate too. The song, "I Am Not Okay," is a perfect example of this.

    Jelly Roll himself is calling the single his 'biggest release of his career.' Within his social media posts about the song, fans commented all about their journey with his music. One fan wrote, "I truly believe you will save lives with this song… you acknowledge the urge that they don’t feel ok, feel desperate but then also reassure it will be ok.."

    Previously this year, Jelly Roll collaborated with Lainey Wilson in their song, "Save me," which topped charts quickly. Fans found themselves deep within the song. Jelly wrote it during the pandemic and during what he calls 'one of the darkest times in his life.' "I Am Not Okay," had a bit of a different feel as it brought in more hope and light.
