    By Bill Khan, Livingston Daily,

The center of power in Livingston County girls track and field in 2024 was in Brighton and Pinckney.

Of the 19 spots on the all-county first team, Brighton and Pinckney each have eight. The rest of the county has three spots combined.

Brighton’s Gabrielle Bolitho, Nikki Carothers, Carrigan Eberly and Addison Payne show up on the first team three times each between their individual and relay honors. The same is true for Pinckney’s Madison Cooke, Brielle Reason and CeCe Thorington.
