    5 Powerball, Mass Cash prizes will expire if not claimed this summer

    BOSTON (WWLP) – A $1 million Powerball winning ticket and four other lottery prizes have yet to be claimed in Massachusetts and are close to expiring.

    A $1 million Powerball prize, a $100,000 Mass Cash prize, and three $50,000 Powerball prizes remain unclaimed nearly one year after their drawings. Here are the winning numbers.

    • August 21, 2023: $1 million Powerball ticket sold at Metro Mini Mart in Watertown
      • Winning numbers: 3-4-12-22-28, PB 16
    • July 20, 2023: $100,00 Mass Cash ticket sold at Quick Stop Mini Mart in Seekonk
      • Winning numbers: 6-7-9-11-21
    • July 19, 2023: $50,000 Powerball ticket sold at Lowell Quick Mart in Lowell
      • Winning numbers: 7-10-11-13-24, PB 24
    • July 19, 2023: $50,000 Powerball ticket sold at 7-Eleven in Lynn
      • Winning numbers: 7-10-11-13-24, PB 24
    • July 10, 2023: $50,000 Powerball ticket sold Smitty’s Liquors in Tewksbury
      • Winning numbers: 2-24-34-53-58, PB 13

    Powerball and Mass Cash prize winners only have one year to claim the winnings before the money is distributed to the net profit that Massachusetts Lottery returns to 351 cities in towns throughout the Commonwealth.

    Prizes up to $103,000 can be claimed at MassLottery locations in Braintree, Dorchester, Lawrence, New Bedford, West Springfield and Worcester. Prizes larger than $103,000 must be claimed at the Lottery headquarters in Dorchester.
