Election results live updates: Primaries in New York, Colorado and more

Voters in New York, Utah, Colorado and South Carolina are heading to the polls on Tuesday to cast their ballots in a slew of races.

The most high-profile primary Tuesday is in New York's 16th District, where Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) is attempting to overcome challenge from Westchester County Executive George Latimer.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is also facing a challenge for her House seat, however, the two-term Democrat is expected to win handily.

In Colorado, retired Rep. Ken Buck's (R-CO) seat is up for grabs, with Rep. Lauren Boebert vying to replace him after she left her currently district to avoid another tough reelection bid.

Sen. Mitt Romney's seat is on the ballot as well, as candidates from both parties seek to replace him. Rep. John Curtis (R-UT), of the 3rd District, is the front-runner in the race, according to most polling.
