Babies make everything cuter. Just ask Maine Coon mama Honey who brought three precious lives into the world—and now they're ready for their official, eyes-fully-open debut.

On June 24, 2024, @wildmane_mainecoons shared an update via TikTok on Honey's litter and it's the stuff sweet dreams are made of. See her adorable brood here!

"I'm amazed at how much they have already grown and changed in just one week!" the caption reads. The nearly 2-minute video gives fans a chance to get an up close and personal look at each of Honey's babies, starting with Winnie, the eldest and biggest, whose eyes opened first. This little guy more than doubled his weight since birth so we know he's going to be the boss!

Next up, we get to know middle child Tigger, who also doubled his weight and looks like an absolute unit. And finally, Kanga makes her appearance as the youngest and the one who took the longest to open her eyes. She also doubled her weight, too, so she may give her big brothers a run for their money!

Honey, who gave birth six days before this post, stops by in the end for a little break from nursing. "She is such a happy mama," Honey's human says while holding her. She adds that Honey's finally feeling more like herself since giving birth and has even engaged in play and cuddles when not with her babies.

Sweet babies I want to hold one," one person remarked. "Congrats to you and their mamma!!" another added. "It's like the printer ran out of ink!" another joked.

Why Maine Coon Cats Make Excellent Mothers

Though most cats take great care of their offspring, Maine Coon felines in general have a few key characteristics that make them stand out (aside from their bigger stature). These gentle-natured cats are known for their compassion with family and children and are also highly intelligent. According to VetAmerican, their calm and balanced character mixed with their sociability create the cat of all cats.

Quiet and dignified, the Maine Coon can live 8-15 years and remain playful and kitten-like for many years. This combination of traits give them a unique upper hand as they care for their litter because they're still so young at heart.

Honey's babies are everything and we're sure she'll give them all the love and care they need. Plus, would you just look at them? They're purrfect!
