    Power outage planned for part of Pocahontas County

    POCAHONTAS COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — A power outage is planned for a part of Pocahontas County at the end of June 2024 for facility upgrades.

    From 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024, a power outage is planned that will affect approximately 285 customers around Silver Creek Resort in the Snowshoe area of Pocahontas County.

    The West Virginia Is For Lovers Festival to move to the Charleston Coliseum

    Customers who will be affected by the outage will get a call that will go to the phone number associated with their account.
