    Health-Conscious Mom Shares Sensational Costco Finds Even Picky Eaters Will Devour

    When the kids are home for the summer, keeping the kitchen stocked with food is essential. While it’s tempting to buy cheap chips and snacks, parents who are mindful of their family’s health prefer to make better quality choices. However, finding all these options at a store like Costco with the kids in tow can be challenging.

    Thankfully, this mom is showing us our must-have items that can help ensure we don’t leave with a cart full of junk food. Check out her healthy haul in this video from June 21:

    COSTCO FAVORITE THINGS ROUND-UP! 🛒 Here is a grocery list of some of my favorite items from Costco, in case you are needing some new recs! Note that every @Costco Wholesale location has different things so you might not be able to find all of these, but I tagged brands so check their store locators. LMK if you see any of your favs or anything else you like that I need to try! 1. @Prana Food Shop- overnight oat & chia in berry flavor is 12/10, we love this for meal prepping overnight oats.     Nicole (@ kalejunkie ) is providing us with some terrific choices for busy days when we may not have time for breakfast or even a healthy snack. Without her pointing them out, we may have left the store without them.

    Easy and Healthy Costco Choices for Kids and Adults

    1. Berry-flavored overnight oats with chia seeds . These she describes as a game changer for busy mornings.

    2. Mega-Omega Trail mix . This quick snack combines dried fruit and raw nuts.

    3. Chomps beef sticks. This tasty jerky contains a reasonable amount of protein and doesn’t have the unwanted ingredients many others do.

    4. Dave’s Killer bread . This tasty option is non-GMO and organic.

    5. Bear fruit rolls . Besides being the healthiest fruit roll around, she tells us they’re also a sensational deal at Costco.

    6. Lotus Foods rice ramen noodles . Unlike the Ramen noodles you may have grown up with, these are organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free.

    7. Rind . This snack has only one ingredient: fruit. The snack also contains the skin, which is filled with nutrients. If we haven't tried them yet, she recommends we do.

    8. Skinny dipped dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I recently tried these for the first time and can confirm they are worth buying. Even better, they come individually wrapped for easy portability and portion control.

    9. Unreal bars . She reveals that dark chocolate, caramel, and peanuts taste just like Snickers but without all the unwanted ingredients and high sugar.

    10. Wilde protein chips . She reports that these crunchy chips are made with chicken breast, egg whites, and bone broth. With flavors like Nashville hot, it’s easy to see why she says this high-protein snack is addictive.

    Not to be forgotten are household staples like organic applesauce, Annie’s Mac & Cheese, Rao’s Marinara, and Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray. In the refrigerator case, we want to grab Siete flourless tortillas, Harmless Harvest coconut water, and True Story Foods deli meats. On those nights when we don’t feel like cooking, she suggests Kevin’s as an option for our protein, which comes in several tasty varieties.

    Next time I hit Costco, I’ll gladly try these healthier items. I’m especially looking forward to trying those Wilde protein chips.
