Events at the library this week

Lincoln County Public Library is hosting a talkback on adapting “That Book Woman” to stage on Thursday, June 27 from 2 to 3 p.m. Author Heather Henson wrote the children’s book “That Book Woman,” and playwright Holly Hepp-Galvin adapted the book into a play that will be performed at Pioneer Playhouse in Danville starting next week. Henson and Galvin will discuss the creative process involved in bringing “That Book Woman” to the stage.

Lincoln County Public Library will host Family Movie Night on Thursday, June 27 from 5 to 7:15 p.m. It will be a recent movie about a fun paranormal investigation crew.

Storytime will be in the Community Room during the summer at Lincoln County Public Library. Storytime events will be Fridays from 10 to 10:45 a.m. on June 28, July 5, 12, 19, and 26.
