    Two Chilton offenders denied parole by board

    The Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles held 16 hearings on June 13, two of which involved Chilton County offenders where their parole was denied.

    Bianca Richardson was denied parole by the board, but received a reset date of June 2025. No one spoke in favor or against Richardson being granted parole during her hearing. Richardson is currently serving a 60-month sentence for a Theft of Property I arrest in Chilton County on September 28, 2023. She has currently served one year and five months of her sentence with good time and jail credit received included, and has a minimum release date of January 25, 2028.

    Clifton Roberts was also denied parole by the board during his hearing on June 13, but received a reset date of June 2026. No one spoke in favor or against Roberts being granted parole. Roberts is currently serving a three-year sentence for a Possession of Marijuana I arrest in Chilton County on January 23, 2013. He is also serving concurrent sentences of 20 years, 15 years, three years, one month and 15 days and 30 days for charges in Elmore County, and also a 48-month concurrent sentence for a charge in Autauga County.

    Roberts has currently served 14 years, eight months and seven days of his 20-year sentence with 1,325 days of jail credit added in. Roberts minimum release date is October 14, 2029.
