SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — As people begin to pick up the pieces after raging waters tore through homes and neighborhoods, there’s another step they need to be aware of.

Residents that have had water damage to their property should report it to the Iowa State Office of Emergency Services. This includes floodwater damage outside of evacuation areas, and even water damage in basements.
