MONDAY AFTERNOON
Not many changes through Monday afternoon with highs in the low 70s and partly cloudy conditions. There is a chance for a passing shower or even a rumble of thunder during the early afternoon hours.
Any showers that come through are expected to be isolated and brief.
LOOKING BACK AT LAST WEEK’S TORNADOES
We had two confirmed tornadoes from Wednesday night’s storms. There was also a microburst confirmed in Seekonk with estimated wind gusts up to 100 mph.

The 2024 Atlantic Hurricane season is well underway and things are starting to get active. Hurricane Beryl has formed marking the first hurricane of the season.
The storm is now a Category 4 hurricane heading towards the Windward Islands as a major hurricane before it churns through the Caribbean.
