In the late hours of June 27, 2024, Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings star Lizzy Musi sadly passed away after a courageous battle with stage 4 breast cancer. Her father, Pat Musi, announced her death in a Facebook post.

    She was 33 years old.

"Surrounded by her family in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25 p.m. tonight," Pat shared on social media. "Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle."

Lizzy is survived by many of her loved ones, including her boyfriend, Jeffrey Earnhardt.

    Who was Lizzy Musi's boyfriend?

At the time of her tragic death, Lizzy Musi was in a relationship with Jeffrey Earnhardt , a professional stock car racing driver. Jeffrey, the middle child of Kerry Earnhardt, comes from a lineage of NASCAR drivers spanning four generations.

He has four siblings: A paternal half-sister named Kayla, and two maternal half-brothers, James and David. His older brother, Bobby Dale Earnhardt, retired from the ARCA Racing Series in 2019.

Jeffrey began his racing career in the mid-2000s and has since competed in NASCAR's Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and Camping World Truck Series. Over the years, Jeffrey has piloted many vehicles, including the No. 26 Toyota GR Supra for Sam Hunt Racing and the No. 67 Toyota Tundra for MBM Motorsports.

In late May 2012, Jeffrey also ventured into the mixed martial arts world, marking his debut with a unanimous decision victory over Chris Faison. However, Jeffrey has not competed in MMA since that fight.

Jeffrey is the grandson of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt.

As previously stated, Jeffrey Earnhardt continues his family's legacy as a fourth-generation NASCAR driver. Not only is he the son of former NASCAR driver Kerry Earnhardt, but he's also the nephew of Dale Earnhardt Jr., grandson of NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt, and great-grandson of Ralph Earnhardt.

Born in April 1951, Dale Earnhardt Sr. competed in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series (now known as the NASCAR Cup Series) from 1975 to 2001. Known for his aggressive driving style, he earned nicknames such as "The Intimidator," "The Man in Black," and "Ironhead."

Regarded as one of NASCAR's greatest drivers, Dale Earnhardt Sr. was honored as part of NASCAR's 50 Greatest Drivers class in 1998.

Tragically, on Feb. 18, 2001, Dale Earnhardt Sr. died from a basilar skull fracture sustained in a last-lap crash during the Daytona 500. He was 49 years old.

Dale Earnhardt Sr.'s legacy continues through his induction into multiple halls of fame, including the inaugural class of the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2010.
