We've been discussing the NFL teams we've got our eye on in the futures market all week long. Whether it be long shots, Super Bowl contenders, or just our favorite overall choices to win the division or make the playoffs, there are plenty of teams we're high on heading into 2024.

Be sure to check out all those, but for today, we're calling our shot. You can bet on exactly what two teams will be fighting it out for a Super Bowl next February. Here's two such scenarios (and four teams) we could see being among the final standing.

'The Young Star QB Bowl' — Texans-Packers (+9000 DraftKings )

We've written extensively about both the Houston Texans and Green Bay Packers at this point, so we might as well throw a few bucks down on our two loves meeting up in New Orleans next February.

Both teams here have a clear roster-building advantage, as they have C.J. Stroud and Jordan Love secured on low-cost deals, and many of their top contributors are on their rookie deals. When you can hit on the draft like these teams have, it gives you options in free agency and through trades, a path both sides have been aggressive to take advantage of.

Both teams out-performed expectations in 2023 and won a playoff game. It's not hard to consider a world where both are fighting it out in their respective Conference Championships this year.

    'The Chalky Bowl' — Chiefs-Lions (+2500 DraftKings )

We should probably discuss some teams we haven't given much attention to yet. Nobody wants to read a full feature article about why we might like the Kansas City Chiefs this coming season. Of course this team is going to be right back in the mix, going for a third straight Super Bowl. Patrick Mahomes is the best player in the NFL and isn't going anywhere.

Out of the NFC, Detroit was a team we certainly loved heading into 2023 (as did everyone), and they delivered on that belief. It's for that reason we haven't written about them much yet: it's always a bit more fun and fruitful to look further down the board for value in the futures market.

Still, the Lions were close to clinching a Super Bowl berth last season, and that offense should remain one of the league's most explosive this coming season. Further additions to the defense will make Detroit one of the more well-rounded groups in the league, and they should be right back in the Divisional Round at worst next season.
