    18 indicted by county grand jury

    The June indictments from the Lawrence County grand jury have been released and two men are now facing charges for sex-related incidents.
    Austin Belliles, 28, Ironton, has been indicted for third-degree felony unlawful sexual contact with a minor. The indictment states the victim, who is only identified by initials, was age 15 when the contact occurred on March 2.
    Samual T. Conley, 35, Ironton, was indicted on four counts of first-degree felony rape and four counts of third-degree felony sexual battery.
    The incidents occurred between March and June 2024 and that the victim, identified only by initials, was compelled by threat or force.
    James A. Marcum Jr., 54, South Point, was indicted on first-degree misdemeanor domestic violence, third-degree felony strangulation and first-degree misdemeanor child endangering against a family member as well as second-degree misdemeanor obstructing official business.
    Other indictments returned include:
    • Johnny Dale Lewis, 41, Chesapeake, first-degree felonious assault, third-degree failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and first-degree misdemeanor harassing a police dog or horse.
    • Ronald E. Robinson, 31, Columbus, third-degree failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.
    • Steven Michael Adkins, 25, Russell, Kentucky, fifth-degree felony vandalism.
    • Kaitlyn Leeann Moore, 33, Chesapeake, fourth-degree felony trespass in a habitation and first-degree misdemeanor assault.
    • Donald L. Denny II, second-degree felony assault and first-degree misdemeanor assault.
    • James O. Stapleton, 44, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound and first-degree child endangering.
    • Destiny J. Winters, 41, second-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony trafficking in drugs and fifth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound.
    • Ronald P. Gumbert, 49, South Point, fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs.
    • Sasha Lena Adkins, 31, Chesapeake, third-degree felony trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound and fourth-degree felony trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound.
    • Andrew L. Kennedy, 30, second-degree felony burglary and first-degree misdemeanor assault.
    • Katherine B. Brown, 51, third-degree felony tampering with evidence and fifth-degree felony vandalism.
    • Thomas J. Holsinger, 26, third-degree felony trafficking in drugs and two counts of fourth-degree felony possession of fentanyl-related compound.
    • Mark Blasko, 44, Ironton, two counts of fourth-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs.
    • Aaron S. Cooper, 43, Ironton, third-degree felony having weapons under disability.
    • Sarah Cole, 29, Ironton, third-degree aggravated felony trafficking in drugs.
    • Jerry Ray Blevins, 29, no address, fourth-degree aggravated felony trafficking in drugs and second-degree aggravated felony trafficking in drugs.
    • Wesley A. Earls, 36, Chesapeake, fifth-degree aggravated felony trafficking in drugs.
