Recently, a woman went viral after posting a video claiming that rising rapper Sexyy Red is harmful to the Black community, sparking a firestorm of debate and controversy.

The unidentified woman shared several reasons she “hates” the St. Louis-born performer without holding back.

“I hate her. I wish somebody would make a diss record against her ass. I think I’m about to write a diss. I don’t like that b*tch. I don’t like her at all. She is single-handedly playing in y’all face,” the passionate black woman began her rant.

She accused Sexyy Red of having a “detrimental” effect on the Black community and being a bad influence on young women.

“And I said to myself, who is her fan base?” she continued. “This is why I hate when y’all listen to her music. Y’all say the beat hit, but I don’t care about the beats. Lemme tell you something: every time I hear her in my car, I turn it off because I know she is detrimental to the black community.”

She added, “I know she’s influencing all the girls that are popping their p**sy up for a baby. And in the same breath, she’s influencing these young girls to be reached, nasty, and trifling. And she’s telling y’all that y’all got carpet hair. So not only is she influencing y’all, but she’s insulting y’all at the same time.”

“I hate the fact that social media makes everybody famous.”

The user urged people to talk to their children about her and tell them that “this is not the way to go.”

“If yall women up here got younger teenage girls, please talk to your teenage girls about this b*tch. Make sure you tell your teenage girls that this is not the way to go because that’s her fan base.”

“She is going to tear your daughters’ self-esteem down,” the user claimed. “Sexyy Red is making a mockery out of Black girls’ hair and saying it looks like carpet and saying that it’s unattractive, along with turning your daughter into whres. I hate this btch with everything in me.”

The video quickly went viral, sparking heated debate. While most believe the woman is onto something, others defend Sexyy Red.
