Taylor Swift 's former assistant, Heather Wirth, has given fans a glimpse into what it's like to work with the pop sensation, confessing that it takes some time for the Love Story singer to let her guard down.

Heather is among several ex-employees featured in the new Discovery+ docuseries, Taylor Swift Vs Scooter Braun: Bad Blood. The series delves into the bitter feud between the Grammy-winning artist and the seasoned music executive, which peaked when Braun bought Taylor's masters from her previous record label, Big Machine Records.

This move spurred the Shake It Off singer to start re-recording her albums to regain control of her music.

In the docuseries, which has already been dismissed by Taylor's team, Heather shares her experience working with the star in 2015. She described the "Cruel Summer" singer as grounded and friendly towards crew members during her 1989 World Tour.

"Taylor is very down to earth. There is no fakeness to her, everything is very genuine, very real," Heather elaborated.

She also recalled a memorable moment while traveling with Taylor on tour. "There was one time where I was travelling with her on her tour and she was sitting in the back of her plane, I could hear her just throwing words together and basically in front of me, she ended up writing Ready For It," she revealed.

Swift's former assistant, Heather, had worked with the singer before her feud with Kanye West, and later, Scooter Braun began. She describes Swift as taking time to trust people, saying, "It takes a while for Taylor to let her guard down. When I worked with her, it took her a while with me. At the end of the day, Taylor is just a normal person, just like you and me."

Her LinkedIn profile even attests to their relationship, with Heather writing about having "the pleasure of being a Celebrity Personal Assistant to a world known #1 pop artist, Taylor Swift."

Since she parted ways with Swift, Heather has been involved with several other artists as a personal assistant.

Regarding the claims made in the documentary series, Swift's team chose not to comment in detail but declared that the 'Anti-Hero' performer has "moved on" from her conflict with Scooter Braun. They added: "Taylor has completely moved on from this saga and has turned what started out as an extreme situation into one of the most fulfilling creative endeavours of her life. None of these men will ever be able to take away from Taylor's legacy as a songwriter, singer, director, philanthropist, and advocate for artists' rights,".
