Record projection for Cardinals has them in the mix in 2024

The Arizona Cardinals hope to build on their four-win 2023 season and take advantage of a healthy Kyler Murray to be in the playoff mix in 2024. While their projected win total for betting purposes is set at 6.5, one analyst believes you should bet the Over.

Touchdown Wire’s Natalie Miller projects the Cardinals will finish the 2024 season 8-9.

This Arizona team is going to field a dynamic offense and a gritty defense intent on keeping them in games. We have seen flashes from this coaching staff, this quarterback, and this defense, now it’s time for it to show up on the field in a big way next season as they chase a potential wild card spot.

This matches my win-loss projections. They play in a tough division. They have a tough early schedule. The defense is still a question mark. But with a healthy Murray, a very good run game, McBride at tight end and a receiver room built around Marvin Harrison Jr., the offense should be fun.

The truth is the Cardinals should have won six or seven games with their atrocious roster last year. This roster should be able to win 7-10, depending on how their close games go.
