Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until this storm passes. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central Missouri.

Affected areas include Lake of the Ozarks, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, and several surrounding communities. Residents should secure loose objects and exercise caution.
