    NEW & NOW: Strong to severe storms will be strong in the morning and afternoon - night. Significant rain total amounts for southern counties possible especially across southern counties, power outages very likely, loud rumbles during afternoon - night throughout the entire state. Flash flood risk is low yet widespread throughout the entire state. Damaging winds and possible tornadoes are a significant threat to storms this evening.
