Mariska Hargitay Stuns Fans With ‘Exquisite’ New Photo During a Swim: ‘Art at Its Finest’

This summer’s stunning photos of Mariska Hargitay just keep on coming—and fans can’t get enough.

The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star shared an artsy new snapshot with fans on Instagram on Sunday, June 30. In the black-and-white photo, Hargitay, 60, enjoyed a swim at an undisclosed location. She was submerged in the water up to her shoulders, though her wet hair indicated she had dipped her head beneath the surface. The actress faced away from the camera, its lens focused on the back of her head as the water rippled around her.

Hargitay did not hint at where she was swimming or who took the photo, choosing instead to post the picture without a caption. However, fans suspected it was her husband, fellow actor Peter Hermann , who was responsible for capturing the image.

Hargitay shared the new photo just a few days after an earlier post left fans wondering where the SVU actress was vacationing . Her show concluded its historic 25th season in late May, leaving Hargitay with some time before Season 26 of the police procedural begins filming.
