MATTHEW Perry’s personal wealth has been valued at more than $1.5 million after his death – with the money going into a trust that is already said to be worth more than $120 million.

The actor died last year from the acute effects of ketamine and left a will with numerous beneficiaries, according to court filings.

Perry, 54, previously established the “Alvy Singer Living Trust,” which is named after Woody Allen’s character in the movie Annie Hall.

He chose his father, John Perry; mother Suzanne Morrison; and half-sister Caitlin Morrison as his beneficiaries, along with an old ex-girlfriend, Rachel Dunn .

Little is known about the former fashion student whom the actor dated from 2003 to 2004 when she was just 19.

New court filings seen by The U.S. Sun and filed in June show his personal property amounted to more than expected.

Lisa Ferguson, the trustee of Perry’s estate, filed an inventory and appraisal document showing a balance of $1,596,914.47.

That money is in addition to what his executors previously put into the living trust.

Documents state he owned no real property in California at the time of his death.

The U.S. Sun can confirm his $6 million Pacific Palisades home where he died is still in Ferguson’s name and is not yet on the market.

    WILL DETAILS

He was found unresponsive in the hot tub at the property and an assistant dragged him out of the water and called 911, but he was unable to be saved.

Renovation work was being carried out at the home around the time of his death, sources told The U.S. Sun.

Another property Perry purchased before his death under his Alvy Singer, LLC in the Hollywood Hills recently went on the market for $5,195,000.

Perry had also been renting a three-bed home overlooking Beverly Hills for $49,000 a month while his Pacific Palisades property was being renovated.

The actor, who earned millions from his role as Chandler Bing in Friends , created his trust in 2009.

Legal papers stated he did not want any kids he would’ve had to be entitled to his fortune.

“I have intentionally omitted from this Will and the Trust any provision for any of my heirs, issue, relatives, or other persons who are not named,”  the actor noted.

“I also intentionally do not provide for any stepchildren or foster children that I now have or may later acquire.”

He was believed to be single and unmarried at the time of his death and did not have any children.

    DEATH INVESTIGATION

The L.A. County Medical Examiner later determined his cause of death to be the accidental “acute effects of ketamine,” with contributing factors of drowning, coronary artery disease, and the effects of buprenorphine, a drug commonly used to treat opioid use disorder.

The medical examiner’s report alleged Perry had been clean for 19 months but was receiving ketamine infusion therapy to treat depression and anxiety.

However, his last treatment was around a week before his death.

His autopsy showed the amount of ketamine in his system was the level that would be used during general anesthesia.

The coroner said it was unclear why the drug would still be in his system because it would normally metabolize within hours.

There is now a probe into his death headed up by the Los Angeles Police Department with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Postal Service.

An LAPD spokesperson told The U.S. Sun this week: “The department has an open and ongoing investigation into Matthew Perry‘s death.  There is no further information at this time.”

    SHEEN’S EX QUESTIONED

According to reports, multiple people are expected to be charged in connection with his death.

PEOPLE claimed the investigation is nearing its conclusion and the U.S. Attorney’s Office will make the ultimate decision on whether or not to press charges.

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller was reportedly questioned multiple times after police executed a search warrant at the sober living facility where she is living in May.

Officers are said to have taken an iPhone and laptop belonging to Mueller and she has hired legal representation.

It was claimed that Perry and the New York-born actress had met in rehab and formed an “unlikely friendship”.

But his ex-lover and former assistant Kayti Edwards told The U.S. Sun last week that Perry was “romantically involved” with Mueller almost 20 years ago after they met in Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

Mueller did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Perry has always been open about his struggles with drug and alcohol abuse and wrote about his health problems in his 2022 memoir Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing.
