    Henry County grand jury returns indictments against 14 persons

    NAPOLEON — A Henry County grand jury has returned indictments against 14 persons, according to Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers’ office.

    Indicted were:

    • Larry Moreno, 45, Holgate, for three counts of trafficking in cocaine, each a first-degree felony.

    • Nathan Ekstrand, 38, Napoleon, for robbery, a second-degree felony; and trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Thomas Skiver, 34, Archbold, for aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.

    • Gerald Adams, 66, homeless, for trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Kyle Burditt, 31, Napoleon, for three counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony.

    • Lema Tackett, 53, Findlay, for grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Gamaliel Matias, 31, Ridgeville Corners, for trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony; and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Jesse Brown, 29, Delta, for theft, a fifth-degree felony; and misuse of credit cards, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Jeffrey Diehl, 53, Napoleon, for obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony; resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor; and criminal trespass, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

    • Nikki Lane, 32, Holgate, for two counts of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Kyle McCabe, 33, Napoleon, for obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Ciara Parks, 25, Napoleon, for theft, a fifth-degree felony; and misuse of credit cards, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Federico Rocha, Jr., 53, Napoleon, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Shane VonDeylen, 44, McClure, for possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
