Check out these 43 new food and drink options for the 2024 Indiana State Fair

INDIANAPOLIS – Pickle beer, spicy pickle pizza, Dr Pepper with pickle—we’re getting a look at all the new food and drinks you can expect at this year’s Indiana State Fair.

On Tuesday, organizers unveiled 43 new options. They range from a pretty unbelievable Bloody Mary packed with fair foods to a funnel cake with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, new twists on elephant ears, a peach shakeup, an indulgent grilled cheese sandwich and much more.

Here’s what to expect from this year’s “Taste of the Fair” entries:

All-American Mary

Our All-American Mary is a classic Bloody Mary brimming with all your favorite backyard cookout essentials. It’s loaded with a mini corn on the cob, cheeseburger slider, fried mac and cheese, fried pickles, waffle fries, hotdog slider and a mini apple pie.

Aloha Hot Honey Chicken Nachos

Taste of the Fair competition

Love one of the options? You can vote for your favorite item by visiting information booths located throughout the fair of by using QR codes displayed by each “Taste of the Fair” concession stand.

The winning entry receives a $2,500 cash prize, with second place getting $1,000 and third place taking home $500. The top three winners will also get a “golden ticket” to the World Food Championships.

The Indiana State Fair runs from Aug. 2 through Aug. 18. It’s closed on Mondays. Learn more at the state fair website .
