    Arraignment for missing Ohio County baby suspects held

    OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) — In Ohio County, four people involved in the disappearance of eight-month old Miya Rudd appeared in court. The arraignment comes as officials are still waiting for the official identification of baby remains found at their Reynolds Station home.

    Baby Miya’s parents Tesla Tucker and Cage Rudd, as well as her grandfather Ricky Smith are set for a pre-trial on August 6. Brodie Payne, a fourth person who lived at the home is also set to be apart of that pre-trial date.

    They are facing numerous charges including abuse of a corpse, drug possession and failure to report a dead person.

    The formal reading of their charges was followed by not guilty pleas.

    Tucker is currently in the Ohio County jail, and the remaining three are booked in the Daviess County jail.

    Payne is the only person not related to baby Miya.

    The court has set his bond at $250,000 cash.
