If there is any one person that young pass rushers coming into the league want to listen to, it should be the Las Vegas Raiders defensive end, Maxx Crosby, who is the best pass rusher and technician in the game. There isn't anyone better in the league when it comes to getting past an offensive lineman.

Watching Crosby get to the line and put on an array of moves on an offensive tackle, is what watching poetry must feel like. Not to mention, he's the only player at his position that never takes a play off, and he moves everywhere along the defensive line. He is one of the most unguardable players in the league.

So, if you're a young guy who rushed the passer for a living, or even a guy who stops the run a lot, and you're not one of the best in the league when Crosby talks, you listen. And, that's what's happening at the annual Sack Summit in Las Vegas.

Crosby, Von Miller of the Buffalo Bills and formerly of the Denver Broncos, and Cam Jordan of the New Orleans Saints have hosted a camp similar to Tight End U but for the defensive lineman across the league and even in college.

There, you can find him preaching to a group of guys about moves, setting up an offensive lineman for failure, and plenty of other things. Crosby is channeling his inner teacher.

He definitely comes off as the guy that would help young guys after he retires. And, who knows, maybe this is exactly how he's been with Tyree Wilson all offseason. Either way, you'd love to see this from Crosby.
