It was the great Ben Hogan that suggested golf is played on a 5 inch course... the distance between your ears. Translation: You've got to try and keep a level head when you are out on the golf course. Those with the greatest skill level don't always play the best, because often times, it's the competitor who keeps their cool and stays mentally composed that comes out victorious. That's because the hot-headed individuals are often too busy beating the hell out of each other to focus on golf, as you'll see in this wild video below. In defense of these people at Riverway Golf Course in British Columbia, the dispute apparently originated from one group hitting into the other, which is one of the most disrespectful things someone can do on a golf course. We don't know the entire story though, to be frank. Maybe one of the groups was playing really slow and deserved a little "warning shot" sent their way. Or it could have been that the group playing behind the other was just being obnoxious, and tensions finally reached a boiling point. How do I know that things got
maximum heated? Well, you don't just bust out the flying leg kick to the head for a small scuffle. That move only comes out if things are really serious, and one of the guys surprised the entire group early on in the video by giving the flying kick a try. Give him an A for creativity I guess, but it sure looked like the first time he ever tried to kick anyone in the head. When the footage picks up, there's already one woman on the ground who must have taken a pretty nasty hit before the camera started rolling. So much so that an ambulance was called to the scene, though no one apparently needed medical attention of that degree after the fight concluded. Which is honestly surprising, because after the guy busted out the flying leg kick, a couple of guys ganged up on him and it got ugly
quick . Finally, someone yelled in a very deep voice, "F**king stop!" and everyone pretty much did. That's all they needed to hear in order to cease fighting? Someone should have tried that earlier. It also seems like the guy who threw the kick was aiming for a course employee who was trying to break it up, which prompted a gnarly punch to the jaw from the opposite party... Kung Fu Kevin was walking a little wobbly after that one. Either way, dude throwing kicks looks like he bit off more than he could chew. His mouth was writing checks his karate kicks couldn't cash. Once they appeared to call a truce, bodies were strewn all over the green grass, and understandably so. It's one of the more brutal golf course fights you'll ever see: https://twitter.com/nuclrgolf/status/1808496581571743961?s=46&t=sK4ZxpXri80bfkXt_M8Cog Apparently, here's the full context... the "Korean dudes" appear to be our head kicking guy in blue, and his buddy in the green who is taking his own beating: https://twitter.com/TGraves122/status/1808279940967944431 Good times, eh?
