Rapides woman missing after release from medical facility

RAPIDES PARISH, La. ( WNTZ ) – On July 1, 2024, the RPSO took a walk-in complaint of a missing person. Complainant advised that April Marie Harrison, a white female, 34 years of age has been missing since June.

April is 5’5” tall, 130 pounds with dark blonde hair and brown eyes.

April has not been heard from since she was released from a medical facility in South Louisiana. Family members have had no contact with her since before her release.

RPSO is requesting the public’s assistance in locating April.  If has any information on her whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-473-6700 or Detective Kyle Deville 318-466-3231.
