WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Heidi Robbins for the alleged distribution of cocaine.

On July 3rd, deputies pulled over a gray Ford Explorer at a Road Ranger parking lot on West State Street. The officials arrested the man for driving on a suspended license and no insurance.

Robbins was a passenger in the vehicle and police searched her backpack and fanny pack for safety reasons. Authorities said they found 82 grams of cocaine, a scale and devices to smoke out of.

The suspect also has a pending charge for possession of a controlled substance.

Robbins is being charged with manufacturing and delivering cocaine. She has been lodged in the Winnebago County Justice Center.
