'Shut The F--- Up': JetBlue Airline Passenger Engages in Heated Argument with Mom, Teen Son over Delayed Flight

A passenger onboard a JetBlue flight engaged in a heated argument with a mother and her teen son, accusing her of causing the delayed departure of the flight from JFK International Airport in New York .
Knewz.com has learned that the fight broke out over a conundrum the woman faced involving her two infant children on the flight.
One of the passengers on the flight recorded the entire kerfuffle and posted it on her Instagram handle , which was shared by the independent Instagram news outlet PPV Tahoe .
Karoll Chanel Morel, who recorded the video , told PPV Tahoe that the flight had already been delayed several times before the fight broke out between the mother and a fellow passenger.
As the delayed flight was preparing to take off from JFK International Airport on June 23, flight attendants noticed the mother and her teen son, each holding an infant, and proceeded to tell her that one of the children must be accompanied by an adult for the flight.
This led to another delay as the plane was made to return to the gate.
At this point, a helpful co-passenger offered to hold one of the infants during the flight "if the mom was OK with it." The man can be seen in the video holding one of the infants as the fight broke out.
"She said yes, so they went to change the baby under his name. As soon as the issue was resolved & we were about to take off the dude [the angry co-passenger] starts going crazy," Morel told the independent Instagram news outlet.
The enraged passenger, seen in the video as wearing a black baseball hat and a black Adidas shirt, began yelling at the mother, calling her a "stupid a-- b----" and accusing her of delaying the flight.
"We were already delayed multiple times, wasn’t her [the mother's] fault," Morel clarified in her account of the events provided to PPV Tahoe.
The co-passenger asked the mother to "shut the f--- up," angrily pointing his arm at her. At this point, the woman's teen son – seen in the video as wearing a white shirt and glasses – confronted the enraged man.
The teenager demanded to know who the man thought he was, talking to his "momma like that." The man gave him the same retort, asking the teen to "shut the f--- up too."
When Morel's camera panned toward the son, he could be seen being held back by flight attendants.
Visibly enraged, the mother stood up from her seat and asked the man to "Be quiet." The man once again shouted at her saying, "Shut the f--- up and sit down."
When her teenage son walked over to the man's aisle to confront him again, he repeated his previous reply to the minor.
As the intense argument kept getting louder, the man repeatedly asked the mother to "Shut up," at which point other passengers on the flight helped the woman calm down and be seated.
After taking her seat, the woman switched to Spanish and seemingly went off on an angry rant, following which another person could be seen confronting the angry passenger and seemingly putting an end to the matter.
At the end of the video, the mother was seen asking her son, who was still visibly upset, to stop the fight and take his seat.
It was not clear from the video whether the flight managed to take off following the argument. JetBlue has not released an official statement regarding the matter.
Numerous people have commented on PPV Tahoe's post about the incident, one of which said that people are "going cuckoo" over the July 4 holidays.
