Woman, juvenile with life-threatening injuries after alleged hit-and-run in Henrico County

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A woman and juvenile are fighting for their lives after police say they were hit by a vehicle in Henrico County that then allegedly fled the scene in the early hours on Friday.

At 1:15 a.m. on Friday, July 5, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to a crash in the 5700 block of Nine Mile Road.

When officers arrived, they found one woman and a juvenile that appeared to have been hit by a vehicle. Both victims were taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said the suspect vehicle fled the scene, and a suspect has not been determined.

Henrico Police continue to investigate the crash.
