Lindsay Hubbard is pregnant!
The Summer House star took to social media on Thursday, July 4, with a celebratory announcement and photos that debuted her growing bump–but Bravo fans took the happy news to a new level with truly unfiltered reactions inundating her post.
"Trigger Warning: This post contains more fireworks than the 4th of July! WE’RE PREGNANT!!!!! 💥💥💥" Hubbard began in yesterday's Instagram upload. "I truly believe the universe has a bigger plan and this is it! 💫."
The 37-year-old's caption continued , revealing that she and her mysterious boyfriend are expecting the baby to be born sometime later this year and during the holiday season.
"The second I had a feeling, I took a @clearblue Early Digital Pregnancy Test and getting a clear result, in words, made the next steps sooo much easier," she wrote. "My boyfriend and I are beyond excited to welcome our little #HubbCub this Holiday season 2024!! 🦁🎁."
While most of the comments were congratulatory, some snarky fans couldn't help themselves–or get over the fact that the pregnancy announcement came as part of a paid partnership with the brand of at-home pregnancy tests.
"Girl I’m happy for you, but I cannot get over you announcing this as an ad 😂," one top-liked comment read.
"When you tag an Ad... and not the Dad 😆," a second shared, clearly upset that Hubbard's relationship has remained extremely private. Others were simply of the opinion that the commercial post was "weird."
"Has anyone checked to see if Scheana’s okay?" a different Instagram user said, mocking a disagreement Hubbard had with Summer House -mate Scheana Shay .
Several more shared a nod to the Season 8 finale scene with Summer House 's Paige DeSorbo , during which she's consoling Hubbard following her split from her now ex-fiancé Carl Radke : "Someone cut to the clip of @paige_desorbo saying 'you could be pregnant next year with the love of your life.'"
There were also a handful of Bravolebrities celebrating alongside Hubbard in the comments.
Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix rejoiced, "lindsay!!!!! omg congratulations! ❤️❤️," as did VPR alum Stassi Schroeder , who wrote, "Omg Lindsay the biggest congratulations 💛."
"🥹🥹🥹 love you !!!" exclaimed The Valley 's Kristen Doute . "i’m bawling right now 🫶🏽."
Below Deck personality Kate Chastain joked, "Congratulations!! Imagine making someone sandwiches all the time and they never make one for you…..but with this little person it’s totally okay 💗."
