Caesars Entertainment Wins Casino Operator of the Year at EGR North America Awards 2024

Caesars Entertainment, one of the world’s most successful iGaming and sportsbook operators, won the Casino Operator of the Year award at the EGR North America Awards 2024 event in New York City on June 27.

The award honors the best casino operator that drives innovation in the industry and has dominated the sector through their global reach and quality of their product.

Caesars Entertainment received only one nomination among the seven operator categories at the awards ceremony. Other contenders for the award included BetMGM, FanDuel Casino, and Rush Street Interactive.

More importantly, Caesars Entertainment is the first new winner of the award since 2020. BetMGM earned consecutive wins in 2022 and 2023.

Caesars Digital previously launched Caesars Palace Online Casino last summer, with extensive upgrades made to its mobile casino app in April 2024.

The Caesars Palace Online Casino mobile app now has a multi-lobby navigational layout and offers Live Dealer and slots.

Casino, sportsbook partnered with Evolution in February

In February, Caesars Entertainment partnered with Evolution in establishing studios across a number of US states, including one in Caesars’ New Jersey-based Tropicana Casino.

The Tropicana location became Evolution’s third live casino studio in Atlantic City. Evolution and Caesars also joined forces in expanding studio space within Evolution’s Pennsylvania and Michigan studios.

Moreover, Caesars Entertainment partnered with Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) to launch several retail sportsbook locations in New Mexico in May.

During the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs, Caesars Entertainment launched Caesars NHL Blackjack, expanding its selection of iGaming products.

Caesars NHL Blackjack became available to gamblers under the Live Dealer lobby available via Caesars Digital.

The partnership also featured Caesars Entertainment’s lock-up logo and partnership designation with the NHL on every Caesars Digital iGaming platform.

In April, Caesars Digital also launched a new slot game, Caesars Palace Frenzy, through a partnership with Games Global.

Additionally, Caesars Entertainment announced the acquisition of ZeroFlucs Group Pty, Ltd. on Friday.

ZeroFlucs is a provider of cutting-edge software that enables sports betting operators to augment their pricing offerings. It allows operators to leverage their own existing data sources and relationships as well.
