Caitlin Clark Stands Alone With Historic Triple-Double Performance

Caitlin Clark is the first rookie in WNBA history to record a triple-double.

The Indiana Fever's No. 1 overall pick ripped down her 10th rebound midway through the fourth quarter of Saturday afternoon's matchup against the New York Liberty — tacking onto her 16 points and 11 assists.

Clark was one rebound away from a triple-double in this past Sunday's win over the Phoenix Mercury, but it didn't take long for the record-breaking rookie to get over the hump.

"THERE IT IS Caitlin Clark records the first triple-double by a rookie in WNBA History and the first triple-double in Indiana Fever history!" the WNBA wrote on X.

If the first half of her rookie season is any indication, Clark likely has plenty more triple-double performances remaining in her WNBA career.
