French winger Michael Olise and Portugal midfielder João Palhinha are close to joining Bayern Munich from English clubs for a combined fee of more than €100 million ($108 million), according to multiple news reports.

Sky TV said that Palhinha underwent the Munich medical on Saturday after Portugal's Euro 2024 exit, and Olise on Sunday.

There has been no official confirmation so far.

Palhinha, 28, is to arrive from Fulham for a fixed sum of €46 million, plus add-ons. Bayern were already close to signing the holding midfielder last year but Fulham vetoed the move on transfer deadline day because they couldn't find a replacement.

Olise, 22, is to join Bayern from Crystal Palace for around €60 million, plus add-ons, on a five-year contract. His signing will put pressure on the other wingers Leroy Sané, Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry.

Bayern have already signed centre back Hiroki Ito from Bundesliga runners-up VfB Stuttgart. Defender Josip Stanisic and forward Arijon Ibrahimovic return from loan spells at German double winners Bayer Leverkusen and Italy's Frosinone, respectively.

Bayern under new coach Vincent Kompany want to rebound from a first season without silverware since 2012. Pre-season training starts on July 15.
