Bethenny Frankel And Luann De Lesseps Break The Internet With Shocking Reunion: “I’m Shaking”

Real Housewives of New York City alums Bethenny Frankel and Luann de Lesseps nearly broke the internet over the weekend after reuniting at a “bougie” party in the Hamptons.

The frenemies, who have been infamously feuding in the press over the last year, seemingly buried the hatchet in a viral video taken by Frankel.

“Guess what, Bryn? I guess life is actually a cabaret,” the Skinnygirl founder told her 13-year-old daughter Bryn Hoppy as she panned the camera to de Lesseps.

Frankel was making a clear reference to her RHONY Season 11 confrontation with de Lesseps, in which she accused the Countess Cabaret star of not being there for her following the death of her boyfriend. “Life is not a cabaret. It is actually not a cabaret,” Frankel fumed at the cast dinner, which aired in 2019.

The ex-reality star posted a carousel of photos from their shocking reunion, including one in which the three ladies posed with actress Emma Roberts .

“A bougie Hamptons party by day… tonight it’s a cabaret… Hell hath frozen over and I am being cool 😎 and not uncool…” Frankel captioned her Instagram post.

A source later told Page Six that the two women were “excited to see each other and wanted to squash their beef,” adding, “They were able to put their differences aside. They had a lovely time catching up. It’s all love and things are good between the ladies; any feud they had is done with.”

However, de Lesseps had a different take when speaking to Us Weekly following their meet-up. “After watching Bethenny’s video & still being blocked by her on social media, I realize she just used her daughter to get to me. It wasn’t a genuine reconnection. To watch the video, it hurt my feelings,” she told the outlet.

Meanwhile, stunned fans on social media were begging Bravo to pick up cameras immediately.

“I need Andy & a camera now!!!” one wrote , while another added , “Wait Bethenny and Luann reunited?!😱 I’m shaking, I’m physically shaking!”

A third person said , “I don’t think I can forgive Andy Cohen for missing some incredible OG RHONY action – the selling of the townhouse! Luann and Bethenny making up! We could’ve had it all.”

Someone else commented , “This makes me happy.”

Despite making up after their 2019 quarrel, Frankel and de Lesseps had another falling out in March 2023, with the latter reportedly storming out of a Broadway show when she realized she was sitting near her former co-star.

The cabaret star later criticized Frankel’s “reality reckoning,” which called for the unionization of reality shows.

“Why bite the hand that feeds you? Why bite Andy? Why bite NBC?” de Lesseps said at her Christmas show last December, per Page Six. “You know, just go off into the sunset. You make millions and gazillions of dollars. If you claim you do, then why are you still harping on us? Why are you talking about us?”

De Lesseps recently shaded Frankel for getting denied entry to a Chanel store that was holding a private event.

“I have heard, as I am doing British Vogue , she is getting kicked out of Chanel,” she told Entertainment Tonight last month. “So, there you go. Success is the best revenge.”

Now that these two icons have made amends, here’s hoping they’ll be whipping up some eggs à la Française together in no time!
