DAYS Spoilers: The End of An Era

Get your tissues ready for Days of Our Lives this week because it’s time for Bill Hayes’ final episode as Doug. Plus, Bobby taunts Jada, Nicole unleashes on EJ before racing to tell Eric the truth, Jack protests Chad’s plans, and Tate begs Alex to keep his secret!

Jada was curious when Bobby claimed he had information that could help her solve a murder, but when he reveals which murder, she reminds him: “We know who killed Li.” But Bobby just smirks and shakes his head. “No,” he says. “You don’t.” What does he know?

The press conference in the square explodes when Gabi unexpectedly blabs the truth Stefan had asked her to keep under wraps. “EJ is not Jude’s father,” she confirms to the crowd. “Eric is.” As the dust settles, a furious Nicole fights back tears as she asks her husband, “Is this true?” When he doesn’t speak, she angrily shouts: “Say something!”

And when Nicole finally puts two and two together, she’s furious at EJ for his lies and deception. “You knew, you bastard,” she hisses, hauling off and slapping her husband across the face. At home, EJ throws his glass into the fireplace as he screams in frustration. He clearly wants payback but how will he get it? Meanwhile, Nicole races after Eric to catch him at the airport before he leaves for Paris. “He’s your son,” she reveals to her stunned ex. Will Jude create a fresh start for the beleaguered couple?

Jack is horrified when he learns what Chad plans to do to see if it’s possible that Abigail could still be alive. “You want to dig up my daughter’s body!” he cries, his voice thick with emotion. But when the workers bring up the coffin, what will Jack and Chad find inside?

In the park, Aaron and Tate try to convince Alex to keep schtum. “You cannot tell my mother,” Tate pleads. But will Alex agree or will he ask for something in return for his silence?

Sitting in their newly restored home, Julie smiles at Doug and says: “Did I ever tell you how much I love you?” He chuckles and shakes his head. Longtime fans won’t want to miss Bill Hayes’ final appearance as the beloved Doug Williams.
