    Second roll-over crash in Yakima County, six hurt

    YAKIMA CO., Wash. -- Washington State Patrol said six people are hurt after a vehicle left the roadway and rolled only three hours after a similar crash in the same area.

    This is the second crash that injured six people within a 3 hour-period on Interstate 82 near milepost 38/39. Apple Valley News Now is working to see if these two crashes are connected.

    WSP responded to the call for help just after 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 6 on Interstate 82 near milepost 39, 2 miles east of Union Gap city limits.

    Officials said when officers arrived to the scene, they saw a GMC Yukon which had rolled over a number of times.

    According to officials, two adults and four juveniles were in the car and hurt. The severity of their injuries are and their current conditions are unknown.

    Officials said drugs and/or alcohol were involved in the crash but the cause is still under investigation.
