    Break-in results in stolen cigarettes, candy, and cigars for Meth

    RONCEVERTE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A break-in at a Greenbrier County store results in cigarettes, candy, and ciagrs being stolen in exchange for Methamphetemine.

    On the second day of July 2024, Lieutenant R.R. Alkire II was investigating a series of break-ins at the Comer Market in Ronceverte , Greenbrier County, WV.

    During the investigation, Lt. Alkire spoke with a Isaac Cornwell at the Ronceverte Service Station, who claimed that Bruce Hicks and Justin Morgan had broken into the Comer Market and stolen cigarettes and candy.

    Lt. Alkire then found Bruce Hicks on Monroe Avenue in Ronceverte and informed him of his Miranda rights. Hicks confessed to the break-in, stating that he and Justin Morgan had taken cigarettes, candy, and cigars.

    Hicks also mentioned giving a bag of skittles to Isaac Cornwell and trading the remaining items to Joseph Foster on Greenbrier Avenue in Ronceverte for 2 grams of Methamphetamine.

    Additionally, Hicks admitted to breaking into the market on two consecutive mornings, on the 27th and 28th of June 2024, during the early hours of the day.
