Cooper Flagg Is Legit

Incoming Duke Freshman phenom, Cooper Flagg was invited to scrimmage against the U.S. Men’s Olympic Basketball Team and he came to play. The hype train is in full effect for the 6’ 8’ sensation who would have likely been the first pick in the NBA Draft had he been eligible. Dan just hopes the kid can keep his momentum going despite what is sure to be intense media scrutiny next season.

Dan Patrick: “He’s playing against LeBron (James), and AD (Anthony Davis), and all these other great players, maybe the greatest Olympic team we’ve ever had and he’s out there playing and more than holding his own. And he’s gonna go to Duke. But imagine if he could go to the NBA now, then draft night would have been a whole lot more interesting...He is, by all accounts, legit.”
