One of our favorite brands of all time is re-releasing a classic item for a limited time and we could not be more excited. If you're a Trader Joe's fanatic, then this one's for you!
While usually Trader Joe's is known for its insanely delicious and affordable food products, it's also made a name for itself in the realm of shopping bags and totes. One item that its die-hard fans have been begging for it to bring back is the mini cooler tote: an adorable colorful tote bag for under $5. It's perfect for day trips, beach vacations, and even works as a makeshift lunch box. No wonder people were so excited to see that it's coming back!
Instagram creator Shannon runs the page Trader Joe's Obsessed ( @traderjoesobsessed ) and she is dedicated to sharing every new item she can find at the grocery store chain. Whether the brand has dropped mango ice cream bars or new mochi flavors, Shannon will be there to let us know exactly when and where the deals are. So it's no surprise that she was one of the first creators to let us know about the exciting resurgence of the iconic mini cooler totes.
Trader Joe's had originally released a series of insulated bags followed with the beloved mini canvas totes. Immediately these items were huge hits! In fact, some viewers commented that the bags were so popular that they were for sale for over $80 a piece on sites like eBay.
This summer the totes are back in two vibrant color options: magenta and teal. These rectangular totes have a zippered top and two handles for easy transport. It's a cooler and a lunchbox combined!
Here's What People Had to Say
"[They] should let one per customer, people get greedy [and] take them all," wrote @aliciamartinez702. "Let's NOT tell anybody anymore so they don't run out again," commented @1brown_eyes_girl.
According to Shannon and her local Trader Joe's in California, these bags will be back in stock on July 17 and they'll only be $3.99 a piece. With such a low price we're sure these totes aren't going to last long. So make sure to grab one while you can!
