Kid With “Old Soul” Shreds Guitar Like B.B. King

This young kid shreds his guitar and has the heart and soul of an eras-past blues artist in this viral video.

TikToker Ahmed The Ears posted a clip of the kid’s guitar solo on July 9th. And in less than 24 hours, it had already gone viral with 7 million views. The post doesn’t say who the musician is or share his backstory, but his performance says enough.

In the video, the boy, who looks to be eight or nine, sits outside a restaurant and riffs with pure passion and talent. People on the internet couldn’t believe anyone could be that good—let alone a kid.

“The definition of an old soul,” someone captioned. “Kids that can play music so soulfully are channeling some otherworldly energy or sumthin’.”

“How could you possibly get that good at something at such a young age?” another person asked. “Incredible.”

“Ha, I love the passion he plays with,” wrote an impressed commenter. “The guitar seems like an extension of him lol.”
