Some say small dogs make the biggest fuss. This is especially true when they don't get their way. One small but might Dachshund named Noodle proves this to be true when his walk gets delayed and he's had enough!
In the most hilarious TikTok video shared by Noodle and Tilde ( @noodleandtilde ), the dramatic Dachshund puts on the performance of a lifetime. Watch his theatric tantrum below!
"Told him he had to wait 5 minutes before our walk and this is what i had to deal with," the caption says. In the minute-long video, Noodle begins his pleading by silently stomping his paws into the floor, hopping up and down, and huffing so Mom knows he's not happy with her choice. After trying to nudge her toward the door by cocking his head back, go returns to hopping just before he lies down to show his full-on puppy eyes.
When that doesn't work either, the determined Dachshund play bows before zipping over to his toys—which he tosses in Mom's direction. He even stops to look at her expression after each toss so she really gets the point that he is truly suffering without his immediate walk! After a few more hops to get the frustration out, Noodle finally settles and we have to assume he (hopefully) got his walk shortly after this.
"The Dachshund Stomp. They all know it and they know it well," one person wrote. "The cheeky side eyeeee I would fold instantly," another joked. "The way he stops and looks when he throws something. did you see that?! I'll do it again!," another added.
Noddle is a fit-throwing pro but also a very cute one!

Dachshunds Have Big Personalities
According to the American Kennel Club, the Dachshund breeds are known for their big personality. They were originally bred to be "an independent hunter of dangerous prey," and they can "be brave to the point of rashness, and a bit stubborn." They make up for it with their "endearing nature and unique look has won millions of hearts the world over."
That said, the Dachshund paw stomp is well-known for a reason, and their stubborn nature can sometimes come out like a hilarious temper tantrum which could include behaviors you'd rather they not exhibit.
Reasons for a tantrum could include frustration, anxiety, lack of exercise or attention, changes in their routine or health issues could be at the root. In Noodle's case, it was aggravation that his walk was postponed, and it was darn cute. Since he pled his case, maybe Mom won't make him wait next time!
